Centre for Economic Policy Research conducted India Resources Conclave at ITC Maurya, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi on January 21, 2019. It began with inaugural address of Gopal Krishna Agarwal, BJP’s national spokesperson (economic issues) and keynote address of Dr Ashwani Mahajan, National Co-Convener, Swadeshi Jagran Manch. Dr. Subhash Sharma, Director, CEPR laid down the objectives of the conclave; The conclave created an idea exchange platform, where the best minds including academicians, analysts, policy and law makers in the country’s resources sector came together. The discussion was designed to identify the challenges and discuss the ongoing and prospective solutions both, for propelling efficiency and sustainability in natural resource sector. This conclave was moderated by Sh. Munishankar Pandey( Project director). The conclave mainly progressed in four sessions.

Third session- Make In India
Fourth session- Minimizing environmental damage
