Guru Inder Mohan Singh is the co-founder and COO of Amplus Energy Solutions, Asia’s leading distributed energy company.
Guru has more than 15 years of experience in new business origination, financing, contract negotiation, execution and management of renewable and conventional energy projects. His shared vision of providing distributed energy through renewable sources and the support of a high potential management team has enabled Amplus to build up a portfolio of over 600MW of Rooftop and Open Access solar projects. His stand for Amplus has made it fast-growing company with 250+ professionals and experts
He currently looks after the entire gamut that comes under project delivery at Amplus. Under his leadership, Amplus has successfully delivered projects spread over more than 300 sites in India and is currently establishing footprints in Middle east and South-east Asia
He has previously worked with Azure Power, AES Corporation and Power Finance Corporation.
As one of the top influencers in the Solar Industry, Guru founded an association DiSPA (Distributed Solar Power Association), aimed at addressing the specific and unique regulatory and policy requirements in this sector. In early 2019, one of leading trade media honoured Guru with the ‘40 under 40 – one of India’s most promising business leaders in Solar Industry’.
Guru is an Electrical Engineer and an MBA from the IMT, India.
