Centre for Economic Policy Research, CEPR, organised a closed door roundtable on: Roadmap for $5 Trillion Economy on September 04, 2019; Wednesday (evening) at Le Meridien.
At this roundtable, top leadership of RSS, BJP, bureaucrats, academicians, ex-bureaucrats and other relevant stakeholders congregated to discuss the current state of the economy –manufacturing, trade and agriculture. The deliberations initiated the corrections required in the economy to make it more inclusive and beneficial for the last man standing. Prime Minister Narendra Modi envisaged doubling the size of the economy in the next 5 years, along with making the economy more equitable; with more opportunities for India, Indians and Indian Businesses.
