Dr. Ashwin Johar is a businesman and associated with NITI Aayog as a member of India Russia Bilateral Council. Apart from this, he holds a rank as Vice-Chairman at Centre for Economic Policy Research. He also served as Chairman of Foreign Investment & NRI Cell, Govt. of Haryana.
